New Marvel VS Capcom 3 characters were announced at the 2010 New York Comic-Con, and they will definitely make Capcom fans happy.



First up is the hero of the Bionic Commando series, Nathan “Rad” Spencer, who will be making his debut appearance in a VS fighting game. This is a bit of a surprise, considering that the reboot of Bionic Commando didn’t exactly do gang busters. Naturally, Nathan will be able to use his extendable Bionic Arm for his attacks.

Arthur from Ghosts N’ Goblins, a classic Capcom character, will also be appearing in the game as a playable character. And, naturally, he will appear in his underwear at certain points.
Check out Arthur in action! I can say, he’s not bad at all.
 
And here is Nathan Spencer in action! He reminds me of Scorpio from Mortal Kombat. Can you guess why? =)

Since there are two Capcom characters, there must also be two Marvel character, and those characters look to be… Magneto and M.O.D.O.K.! We all kinda expected Magneto to be included, afterall he is old character from Marvel vs Capcom games, but M.O.D.O.K. is a bit of surprise.

Additionally, Spider-Man will be getting four costumes that all aesthetically look completely different. Including the Iron Spider Suit, Black Symbiote Suit and the neon green Spider-Man costume from Dan Slott’s “Big Time” comics
