Ranbir Kapoor goes off in Love !
“Ranbir and Anushka Sharma haven’t even gone out on a date. He’s quite disturbed by the fact that he’s being made out to be somebody who’s unstable in a relationship,” says a source. Interestingly, among the ‘upcoming stars’ Kapoor is the only star who’s single, while his contemporaries are spoken for — actor Imran Khan is married and actor Shahid Kapoor is said to be in an on-off relationship with Priyanka Chopra.
According to sources, the ‘commitment phobic’ image of the actor, apparently planted by a publicist, went too far when questions were directed at his parents, actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor during the promotion of their film Do Dooni Chaar.
“He was upset when the questions meant for him were directed at his parents. He didn’t like the fact that somebody could go to that extent to target him,” the source adds.
The latest buzz in B-Town is that Kapoor has, apparently, decided not to be in any relationship for the next three years. He’s immersed himself in his films — Rockstar and Barfee. “Forget marriage, he doesn’t intend to get into a relationship for the time being. He’s only close to Katrina (Kaif) at this point of time. Both Anushka Sharma and Nargis Fakhri are nothing but colleagues to him,” says the source.Kapoor has currently locked himself up in his home for one month at least where he’ll be gymming, taking rest, reading scripts and taking his red sports car for a spin on the Sea Link.
