Ameesha Patel desperate to meet Malinga

Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel has described Sri Lanka’s fast bowler Lasith Malinga as a ‘very interesting and unconventional’ person and also said she is ‘dying to meet him’.

The tabloid quoted Ameesha Patel as saying that “I just love him. I’m dying to meet him and give him a hug and a kiss. I find him very interesting and unconventional.”

Malinga is turning out for Mumbai Indians in the IPL tournament. He is renowned for his slingy action and took the prized wickets of Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar in the final against India which Sri Lanka lost.

She was one of a large number of Bollywood celebrities, who were at the World Cup finals between India and Sri Lanka at Wankhede stadium April 2.
It was reported that Indian all-rounder and man of the tournament Yuvraj Singh gave the Bollywood starlet special tickets to attend the final.
