The war between the B-town mighty Khans Shahrukh and Salman intensifies as officially after all the denials from the B-town premier production house Yash Raj, Katrina and her managers, Katrina will be romancing her ex-lover Salman’s enemy no.1 Shahrukh on screen in YRF’s next romancer.

Shahrukh Khan will reportedly be paired with Katrina Kaif in an upcoming project from Yash Raj Films that will mark Yash Chopra's directorial comeback.

Yash Chopra's last film, Veera Zara (2002), paired Shah Rukh with Preity Zinta and turned out to be blockbuster hit.

A source close to YRF tells the Mumbai Mirror, "Katrina was the first choice for the heroine's role in Yashji's film. She immediately said 'yes' to the film. She has loved the script and is looking forward to working with Yashji. She will play Shah Rukh's romantic interest."

Katrina is currently filming YRF's Mere Brother Ki Dulhan in which she is paired with Imran Khan.

The London beauty in her Bollywood duty Katrina bagged the most alluring offer because she played a smart girl after her boyfriend Salman spat with SRK by keeping her equation with King Khan cordial.

The tall and the beautiful Katrina was even spotted bonding with King Khan at the birthday party of Hrithik Roshan some time back.
