It’s been confirmed that Katy Perry has married comedian Russell Brand at a private ceremony in India.

The couple, who met last year, tied the knot at the Aman-e-Khas luxury resort near the Ranthambhore.



The service was conducted by a Christian minister and friend of Perry’s family, and featured traditional Indian clothes, reports BBC News.

A spokesperson said the couple’s closest family and friends were in attendance.
